Welcome to MisiPal ("we," "our," or "us"). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This privacy policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
2. Data Collection and Usage
2.1 Personal Data
Generally, we **do not** store, process, or transmit your personal data on our own servers. All data you input into the App (such as lottery records) is stored locally on your device.
**Exception for Support:**
If you contact us via email for support or feedback, we will receive your email address and any information you choose to provide. We use this information **solely** to respond to your inquiries and improve the App. We do not share this contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.
2.2 iCloud Synchronization
To provide seamless data synchronization across your devices (e.g., iPhone and iPad), this App uses Apple iCloud (CloudKit).
- How it works: Your data ("My Records") is stored in a private database within your personal iCloud account.
- Access: We (the developers) cannot access, view, or read any of your data stored in iCloud. Only you have access to this data through your Apple ID.
2.3 AdMob and Advertising Data
We use Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may collect and use the following data to provide personalized ads:
- Identifiers: Advertising ID (IDFA/AAID).
- Usage Data: Ad interaction data (e.g., clicks, impressions).
- Diagnostics: Crash logs and performance data related to ads.
- Location: Coarse location data may be used for ad targeting.

3. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On iOS 14.5+, we request your permission to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes.
- If you allow tracking: Google AdMob will use your IDFA to show you more relevant ads.
- If you decline tracking: You will still see ads, but they may be less relevant to you.
4. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Our "Pro" version is processed directly through the Apple App Store.
- Payment Information: We do not collect or store your credit card or payment information. All transactions are handled by Apple.
- Purchase History: We verify your receipt with Apple to unlock premium features.
5. User Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Although we do not manage your data on our servers, you have full control over your local and iCloud data:
- Access & Deletion: You can view or delete your records directly within the App. Deleting a record removes it from your device and your iCloud storage.
- Opt-out of Ads: You can manage ad tracking preferences in your iOS Settings > Privacy > Tracking.
